Management. I have spent a good portion of my career working in the
Field Maintenance Arena and I am well versed in the installation and
management of large equipment such as food manufacturing lines that include
fillers, cappers, palletizers, casers, steam systems, HVAC systems,
rotational mold machinery, extrusion machinery, product transfer systems,
etc. I also have extensive preventive maintenance program development
skills that cover the design, implementation, refinement, and monitoring
phases of a successful maintenance program. This is combined with
experience in several maintenance management systems such as MP2, Oracle
EAM suite 12 maintenance module, SAP, MAXIMO and SAM's. I have
gathered experience from a broad range of industries with an emphasis on
management and employee development. In addition I have built my career
around safety practices evolving around OSHA/MSHA procedures and
recommendations.
