As a CDM specialist I evaluated all processing lines and reduced inefficiencies with plant personnel. I conducted trend analysis for executive management. Consolidated data to develop goals and review performance indicators. (KPI's). I exceeded initial plant down time estimate of reduction in the first year. The starting down time average with all production lines was 14.3% per shift. By 2008 the plant down time average was 1.8% per shift. I spearheaded the manufacturing process of downtime entry, evaluation and input into the SAM's system. I successfully implemented the plant SAP user system and was one of the few super users on that system. I was selected to be the in house maintenance trainer.
